    My wife has taken scout as her 3rd so I have a question about a crossbow called the rune catapult. What is so special about it ? I read in a guide to get it but not why. i saw a lvl 100 with it euipped the other day, so am I missing something about the rune catapult ?

    You can quickly craft free arrows with it. This is valid for the Rune bow as well.

    Equip it and right click on it; alternatively, equip it and drag it into your action bar.



    An alternative option is the set skill from the Tomb Of Seven Heroes "Shadow of a Thousand Feathers", could be that there is another set skill

    What I lack is the exact name of the arrows summoned with this skill. Also, it is implied that some other skills may also be available via these weapons. I need more info on that.

    When using these arrows, remember that they vanish every time you log the character off. That's not a problem as long as you remember to get more when you log back in.

    There are 3 magical sources of Arrows.


    1. Rune War Bow/Rune Catapult makes "Runic Thornx999"

    2. Lvl 60 Scout ISS "Create Tendrils" makes "Tendrillar Arrowsx999"

    3. Lvl 70 Scout ISS "Shadow of a Thousand Feathers" makes "Shadow of a Thousand Feathersx999"


    All 3 create 999 arrows in your backpack that vanish in 3 hours, or when you log or change characters.

    Thanks for all the info ! We successfully got her a OD Rune War Bow and she's almost 55 so she can use it. I also got an OD Rune catapult for my scout because free arrows lol.

    The name of the arrows from the Rune Catapult is "Runic Thorn" LVL 55 Phys DMG 169 (DPS 65.1)



    *Unless the arrows level up with the char * (No clue on that )
