Complaints against spanish GM

  • Recently an attempt of deception on the part of a GM in an event has been discovered. The GM has shown partial treatment trying to benefit some players against others. The case is pending resolution but we will not accept anything other than the departure of the GM involved outside the support team.


    How does the company act in these cases?


    What measures are going to be taken so that cases like this one do not happen again?

  • How does the company act in these cases?

    First you should be in contact with the said GM supervisor in the Team (so SGM, or Admin or Team Manager) or Community Manager for your community.


    Therefore please contact your Team via Support System and we will check the situation with you.

  • Thank you Celes is what we have been forced to do. Right now the tickect is pending from our Team Manager. We hope that our Team Manager will solve it and thus recover a part of the trust lost in the support for the actions of this GM.


    We know that there is a great support team in Runes of Magic but isolated cases like this do a lot of damage to the confidence of the players in the support.

  • Sorry then I wrote it wrong. The support member involved in the deception attempt is a Game Administrator. Who is reviewing our ticket is our Team Manager.


    We hope that a decision is made according to the seriousness of what happened.

    As Celes said, if you feel like a teamler is treating you wrong, please escalate it to his/her superior.


    Please do NOT plaster it on the boards throughout all communities, because the only thing that will get you is a ban.
