1. Do Morrok line and eventually you'll get ported.

2. Use black codex transport spell to port to level 72 dungeon "Aeternal Circle"

3. Someone opens a portal from you.

Then you register at snoop (south outside the city) and can travel there from Varanas or the Obsidian Stronghold. As a bonus you can get to Dalanis directly from Rorazan.
