    Does anyone know why they never added any more Rune Exchange merchants after https://runesofmagic.fandom.com/wiki/Kaiz_Ballusha in Wailing Fjord at Muckgale Port? Or did they? Have a I missed them?

  • i guess because they are kinda useless and since lvl 100 is still max lvl, the one in wailing fjord is still the highest one needed^^

  • The runes in the Wailing Fjord exchange are the same ones that are in the game in Sascillia Steppes but at a higher level. The other 11 basic runes can be acquired in Goblin Mines and off instance boss drops. The question I want answered is why level IV runes are the highest level that drop when the instances are dropping tier 5 gear.
