  • Hi Everyone ! I started to play ROM in 2013 , then stopped , returned in 2017 and left around 2019 +- . I just returned after some years and all my characters are gone ;( all the money / diamonds i spend and still had ,gone... i check my email box and everything and i have no email/info that they would delete everything i spend so much money and love building..... specially all the money i put in the game and now its gone ?! i am pretty sure that is illegal since when we buy diamonds there is no closure that says they can just "delete" it, it is like a money voucher , there is no date of expiration. So i really ask for help on what can i do.... It truly broke my hearth to see my beloved character just.... gone....;(

  • Log into Support and file a ticket to have the account reinstated. You account information has been archived. GF will ask you some questions about your account to verify it is your account. It can also take a week or two to get it back, but be patient.

    Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaay back, when we had the first round of server merges, around 2015, accounts that had been inactive for over a year (?) were not merged into the new servers.


    There were emails sent out about this happening but if you didn't have the box ticked in your account to say that Gameforge could send you emails, then you likely wouldn't have received them.


    I lost every other player in the Guild I am still a member of, except one.

    that would be awesome ! do i need to login the game to find the support ? or maybe you have a link i may follow to file the ticket ? thank you so so much

  • Also- Note: Your Gameforge game account is not the same as your Gameforge Support account. You will need to register with supporet using an email address, then wait for confirmation that your support account is set. Preferably, you will still have access to the same email that you established the game account with. It will simplify reinstating you.
