Unfortunately, not. Every character in your account has its own transport book, and only this specific character can use it to teleport to place he/she had visited and marked earlier. So you have to mark important places separately for all your chars.
But if you play, let's say, as mage/warrior and then switch classes to warrior/mage - the book will remain the same.
And don't worry for the ink too much. If you play a bit longer you will see that you have more than enough of it. In case you are running out of the ink right now I suggest visiting the Spirit of Tempest Height event, held at 11.00 and 19.00 every day. Just ask around if someone would help you there (if you are still a low level player). The ink is a common drop from the boxes there.
