Do you have any info saved? I would assume the auto-fill would not work in an app if it has never gone through before???

I have just started a new character after being on a hiatus for 11 years, and no matter what I've tried to do, I have not been able to purchase diamonds. Credit card, Prepaid card, Paypal... nothing has worked. Support told me that it was my bank, but I was live with the bank today while trying to make a purchase, and the payment never hit their system. I'd appreciate some real help with this, since It has nothing to do with what I was told by support.
