we've been trying to duo the Grafu Castle easy mode, and everything is going smoothly until reaching Conjurer Chapeaunoir. I've read, that when there is 3 or less people in the party, hat mechanic shouldn't be triggered, but when we start the fight, hat appear immediately and we are both trapped inside. Few seconds later boss resets. We tried it many times, with killing the rabbits or leaving them in peace, we also tried resetting the whole dungeon, but the effect is always the same.

Is it a bug, or is there something we can do in this situation?

According to server status site, login servers are still down.

Happens to me on Win10 quite often, I never had to restart my computer to make it work tho. Sometimes clicking "OK" and trying again is enough, sometimes I gotta kill everything GF-related in the task manager.
