Is +30 really necessary for end game?
No not really. I think +20 is what most strive for these days unless you got some dias to burn. The benefit going above might be that you dont really have to tier another weapon when new cap comes, or so people tell them selves and then ending up doing a new weapon anyways.

Agree 100% that the cost of +20 jewels is still, even after the 20% reduction recently and with the 20% weekend discount, ridiculously high.
However, I cannot understand how people have such high failure rates on jewels. It has never taken me more than 7 jewels to get an item from 17 to 20 and usually takes 5. You just need to remember not to try to plus something that is fully stated and drilled (for weapons, tiered 1st but not drilled). Also load up with all luck plusses and know which time of day is your character's luckiest.
Maybe you're just the lucky one? And that other stuff is just an idea of yours since it doesnt matter if tiered or not, statted or not. Rate of success is shite and the price is far too much.

So absolutely nothing regarding sw, no new classbalancing. Just more grind. Only good thing is no new cap so wont have to waste time questing.

Go calculate the cost to make a class to level 80 yourself with daily tickets etc. It's far more then 999 dias. You cannot compare rom to a boxed game, they are two different styles of games. I am in no way defending gameforges pricing. Generally for most things it's exceptionally high. But given the effort required to get to 80, this price of 1k seems very very reasonable.
You cant really compare it with buying Daily tickets tho, some might do it over a very long time making it very cheap, just very time consuming. And honestly we cant put a pricetag on our time in game seeing its just a game and meant to be fun. However 999 dias for lvl 80 is steep, hell its even too much for 100 imo but itd make more sense if it were to reach lvlcap , at level 80 you still have to work yourself up to 100 by quests or grinding.

Tp used to have an unofficial cap of 2,147,483,647 as it's the highest positive int value. But seems runewaker in the last few years have found a way to bypass this. Also have been playing for countless years, and don't ever remember a tp event that included quests. The quest booster for servers has been broke for quest tp since the game began, and seems unlikely that runewaker would make a change to the actual server files to boost the quest tp just for a small few days event.
TP used to be included in exp/tp events back in the days with quests aswell iirc but was removed when GF took over wasnt it?
I have been playing for 10 years and there has never been an Xp/Tp event that included Tp on quests in that time.

Classbalancing is needed to bring a fresh breath into the PvP.
And the superfoods, dumplings or w/e, make it avalible for everyone or prevent them from being used in SW/arenas.
What I would like to see is some way to disable combat engines in Siegewars, it would push people to learn to play their chars instead of borrowing a friends diyce-script or whatever and also let everyone go at it on the same terms.
As for afkrs or what ever, perhaps an implementation that kicks players who afk more than 10min out of the war/arena.

well, its a step in the right direction but honestly its still far too expensive if you want to be decently geared. drop jewel prices by half and you can dump the pfs prices down to 10 dias. making an item shouldnt be more expensive than subscribing to a diffrent game for 6months...
