The Firm Plates original & daily in Redhill Mountains does that. I have a note on the wiki page that warns you to hand them in AS DONE, do not hold more than you need, as it will take all you have.

I have gamefoge set to "run as administrator" and have never seen this message. Try that and try turning your PC off for 20 seconds then restarting.

He is talking about a setting in Windows. Right-click the game launch icon. In the popup menu choose "Properties", then find and check "Run as Adminstrator".

I am sure you have seen a low-level mob drop a very nice Good (blue) item that you will hold onto for 10-20 levels. It occurred to me I should be able to use data mining over at RoM-Welten to build a list. If you are 1-25, take a look and go farm some of these drops.
Ambience mobs do not drop anything, anywhere, regardless of your relative level to them.
In general, if the mob name is grey you have almost no chance for most good drops. BTW, if your level is TOO far below the mob you also suffer penalties as they know you should not be there and, if you are, it is because you are using an exploit or some serious twinking.
Stick to mobs that con white (green is better) to blue. Red is bad, grey is horrible.

At the time of the patch we were told that the very next patch would have these missing translations in it. Technically, this has not happened, yet, but as a month has passed I hoped we would see the fix.
iirc, they vanished sometime last year.
More likely that the script executed when the Skill is used does not contain the reset trigger.
Are you casting "Heal", or just a healing skill? It MAY be specific to the specific skill, Heal.
