Thanks, it says it starts at the chief but the only quest i have from him is Rufa Chief's Ring which i can not do because i need to finish the quest before it. Which i don't see even tho i did the entire quest line.
It is done... i had to abandon it and then re take it, it gave me its ring and i was able to finish.

Which NPC starts this quest? If i check the quest line it seems i did everything up to that quest, which is needed for Rufa Chief's Ring.
Didn't find any relevant info on the net.

Hello there RoM community,
I am completely new to the game and I would like to ask for some help.
I would like to finish the first zone completely, therefor I am looking at the Quest Titles and I have noticed that there is 1 more quest that has to be done in order to obtain that title.
The quest's name is "The return of a Hero" and as far as i researched on the net it requires the skeleton of Logar and has to be given to NPC George.
Problem is... I did not find any certain information about a Start NPC and neither do I have the Skeleton in my Inventory.
Your help would be much appreciated.
