    If anyone could get @Phelan to come back to the forums, then - and only then, changes to diamonds may happen. He done it before lol. What have we "veterans" learned over the years? Discussing an issue/suggestion - normally don't get anywhere.

    Buying some pieces of mage equipment from the lvl 100 instances.

    Would prefer HD, but can buy LD aswell if you got what im looking for.

    Currently in need of:

    [Minas' Pants]

    [Minas' Gloves]

    [Shoulder Guards of the Nex of Enoch]

    [Hood of the Nex of Enouch]

    [Gown of the Nex of Enoch]

    Paying with gold and/or diamonds.

    Wisper me ingame on: Bluesonsss

    Or send me a message in PM here on the forum.

    Thank you in advance :)

    Take part in the Mysterious Auras Event to get yourself in the rhythm ready for the challenging encounters. Fight in the following instances between 12.12.2019 (after the maintenance) and 09.01.2020 (until the maintenance):

    So does this means that the new patch first comes in 2020?! =O "(until the maintenance) - 09.01.2020"

    Would be nice to get an ETA on when it's actually comes in the game.

    Hmm.. did you guys test this new launcher properly before releasing it?? :/

    Had a little issue just now, logged into my account - and i had no characters in the game?!

    I quickly restarted the launcher, and after several attempts, my chars was back. (was very scared there for a moment) 8|?(

    Im not complaining about the new launcher, but it seems like it still needs alot of work before it runs as intended.

    k- Thanks for clarifying. I work evenings eastern time, so doesn't fit my life.

    No Item shop? are you suggesting that in chapter 1 there was no Real World Transactions and no phirius tokens(which used to be item shop currency)? How did Frogster support the servers when they started? Certainly it wasn't non-profit.

    Not suggesting anything, token shop is available from npc. It's hard for a reason - makes it a real challenge.

    Hello everyone!

    It's been some years since my last adventure of an old school project. Now it's time to bring it back, and this time for greater achievements. Now for the first time on the US server: Aeterna.

    Introducing
    Chapter 1: Rise of the Demon Lord (Hardcore edition)

    You may wonder what the meaning behind the word "hardcore" is all about. It's very simple and a bit challenging to say the least. In able to make this project work on the Live servers, we have chosen to step it up and have some rules that in general makes it harder to reach your goals.

    Therefore, we have made this list of things that are prohibited within the project:

    * Auction House

    * Item shop

    * Minigames

    * Pets

    * Wedding food

    * Magic Wardrobe

    * House maids

    * Spirit of Tempest Hight

    * Dwarf & Elf Race

    * CoO & Xaviera, Weeping coast, Savage lands, Aotulia volcano

    * Plussing jewels +7 or higher (max +6)

    * Party with other players outside guild

    * Trade with players outside guild

    * Basic: Things that exist now, and didn't exist back in chapter 1, is forbidden to use.

    Get your old buddies together & relive one of the greatest chapters in Runes of Magic history! Create a Human character on the US server: Aeterna, and pick one of the six original classes of Taborea: Priest, Mage, Warrior, Knight, Rogue or Scout.

    Go questing in the nine original zones of Chapter I:

    Howling Mountains (from level 1)

    Sascilia Steppes (from level 1)

    Silverspring (from level 10)

    Varanas (from level 10)

    Aslan Valley (from level 20)

    Dragonfang Ridge (from level 20)

    Ystra Highlands (from level 30)

    Dust Devil Canyon (from level 40)

    Ravenfell (from level 45)

    Get together with the members of the project & clear dungeons, farm gear, mats and get your elite skills (the old fashioned way). Trade food and items between your fellow members, and have fun J

    Leave a comment here about your in-game name and we will invite you to the guild, and you may start your adventure & be a part of this project.

    We have a discord server: https://discord.gg/FcC8VyX

    (For faster response time/getting you started on the project, send a pm on discord).

    Hope to see you in the game J

    Thank you all for the information in this thread :) Really, i mean it. Hasn't been in the game for a about a month, and wont probably be within the next 2 years or so, due to my long term break from RoM. After hearing & seeing all your comments about how yet another patch is more and less a untested, early released bunch of dirt, it really makes more sense to stay away from the game itself. Thanks

    You traitor;(

    Hmm.. so after being loyal to the game for the past 9 years, you would say that i'm a traitor? It's rather Gameforge you should blame.

    see you soon again when we have new content

    New content won't necessary get me hyped for the game again, seeing it all most likely will be a copy - paste zone with a closed dungeon (like usual). New content are at this point overrated lol. If the people behind the game, makes better desisions - based on their community and actually listen, then i will most likely return.

    Blue you just started on new server. How come you already bored?

    Or you sad that someone ( half of new sever populations) outgeared you in no time?

    And again bad class choise maybe?

    Well see you back in a year.

    Jupp, started on a new server, had fun, got good gear (ish) and people catching up is just a good thing, makes hopes for those who still enjoy playing on the server to one day be able to clear hm dungeons. It's not that at all, i felt the game became a bit boring and hopeless again. Im not at all sad, im not at all mad, but im very tired of the whole concept gameforge are running. Makes me almost depressed. Kinda lost the fun of playing, then not worth my time really.

    Hello everyone.

    Is sad to say that i won't be continue playing this game for some time.

    For many years i have enjoyed playing Runes of Magic, i've meet some really awesome people and have had the most fun during my time online. But it have now come to a point where i have to stop, and this is not because i want to, but because the game demands me to.

    Seeing how the game slowly showing singns of lack of new content, when we are used to getting new content each year. Seeing how the game has become a hard pay to win game, rather then free to play, where the drastic changes over the few years, really have made endgame impossible to be a part of, wich again takes away a lot of fun. Not only for me, but aslo for many other players.

    Some of the reasons why:

    - Less advertisments for the game, less ingame "events" (Advent calender, proofs events, GM events, to mention a few).

    - Ignored community and veteran players, to focus on new steam release & new players, is NOT great. (wiped old forum).

    - Diamond reduction, item shop changes in general (the removal of the old working shop, replaced with a buggy shop), ruby changes, wheel of fortune thinghy.

    - HARD endgame unbalancing: +20 - +30 jewels added, old class & skills bugs not fixed.

    - Gameforge "community letters" about the great future of the game, etc getting siege out of beta, better communication with Runewaker, corretion of bugs & future content. Seeing how it's still a empty promise.

    - Gameforge buisness model in general.

    Don't get me wrong, I love the game very much. But over the years my fun, my free time investment have slowly faded away. My glory days are gone. Runes of Magic's glory days is gone. And until the currently publishing company "Gameforge" changes it's game policy, until they show a way of commitment of bringing back these glory days, im more and less done with the game.

    Funny fact, i started playing RoM due to i could not afford the montly subscription in WoW, now it's actually cheaper to play WoW than RoM :D

    Well.. I guess ill be seeing you all around in some time, or maybe not.

    Have fun playing all, cherish the fun & the good moments you make ingame, it's worth it, until you run out.
