  • You can go to the Discord, find the Runes of Magic server, and get a live response There is usually a GM there. I noticed that when I started the game this morning, at around 11:30 AM CEST, there was an update that had to install. That may have been part of your problem.


    Submitting a ticket will always take a while. They handle the tickets in the order they are received, and i sense that they only do so during European business hours. Sometimes I get a response the next day, Sometimes they have a shipping container full of support tickets to get through. It is not fair to say they don't respond. They have to respond to everyone in line ahead of you.
