Keep in mind I've played a limited amount of Scout/Rogue (but played Scout/Warden for a fair bit), so people are welcome to correct me if I'm wrong.
To my understanding, the typical rotation is as such: As soon as you run to the boss or the fight starts, you use Vampire Arrows and toggle Autoshot on. Next, depending on your cast speed reduction you start to cast Snipe to land on AD. Right after snipe, you cast Deadly Poison Bite that should still land on AD. After Snipe + DPB, in best case scenarios the boss should be dead. However, Piercing Arrow, Reflected Shot, and a few other abilities are good to use. However, after about 10-15 seconds as a Scout you're pretty much done and the best thing to do is let Autoshot and Shot do it's thing if the boss still hasn't died. -
I am not a Scout, nor do i play one on TV, but I have stayed at a Holiday Inn Express. Aren't there like two crit buffs you cast, and two damage buffs? I'd think you'd want those on for the AD.

I mean attack rotation. Buffs is a list of about twenty different pots/skills/things that I really don't want to type out.

This is what should be used as the Scout/Rogue opener/rotation on bosses for optimal dmg as well as debuff utility:
(THIS IS ASSUMING YOU HAVE ALL THE LISTED SKILLS MAXED OR ALL AT OR NEAR THE SAME LVL)
1. Do you have a druid to put seeds debuff for p def reduction? If no, then open with "Sapping Arrow" + "Autoshot" toggle.
2. If you had to do step 1 then you will only need to cast "Vampire Arrows" here, otherwise If you do have a druid to put seeds debuff, then open with "Vampire Arrows" + "Autoshot" toggle.
3. This will vary depending on the boss' crit resistance and your crit chance. Spam "Shot" until you crit to inflict the "Exploiting Shot" debuff on boss (THIS IS IMPORTANT BECASE IT IS 16% PHYS DMG INCREASE).
4. Cast "Snipe" in time with your Knight/Warrior's "Authoritative Deterrence" (AD)
5. "Deadly Poison Bite"
6. "Reflected Shot"
7. "Weak Spot"
8. "Mana Drain Shot"
9. "Piercing Arrow"
10. "Combo Shot"
11. From here on it becomes priority based skill usage. Use whatever in the above steps are ready from top to bottom and if not spam "Wind Arrows" until out of focus.
12. "Shot"
As Elebrith mentioned in his post most bosses do not survive past the "Snipe" and "Deadly Poison Bite" part, but in case they do and it does happen you will know what to use afterwards.

its "situational dependent" though you have to add.,.. if there is adds near boss you would rather use reflected sometimes over dpb in rotation, as sometimes it can reflect back onto boss 3x (rare af) but still hits hella harder than dpb with adds close by because of 5X hit.
Only thing that could offset it, is a party full of vamps supporting ya of course outweighs reflected. But if 1-2 vamps only, choose your fate.
As elebrith said, they rarely survive any two hit combo if ya crit...(that's a different story altogether) hah.
need elites though to stop reflected damage falling off each hit -to add.
