    1. I entered my house like any other day and found that the helpers did not appear. The problem is that it has evaporated with all my stuff.

    common bug, just write support and u will get your stuffs back but the housemaids will be gone, with some luck you will get the gold to hire new ones, but you still need to level them up again.

    The items stored in you house maids are NOT lost, once you hire new ones the items will be inside the new ones.

    Yeah, happened to me once. Contacted support and got instructions to hire them back, which I thought was weird, but w/e it worked. They did come back with all gear, but did have to chat them back to level.
