No response from Support (Password reset)

  • Hoping someone can help me here …


    Been feeling nostalgic recently and decided to log back into the game … but with the introduction of the new launcher, I'm experiencing some difficulties logging in. Specifically that my accounts aren't recognized.


    I've attempted to log onto the support page … yet again. accounts not recognized. I've requested a password reset … no email received.


    Is there a longer than normal response time for the password reset procedure? If not, what is the best way to get in touch with support to confirm if my accounts are still active (fingers crossed!) or have been deleted?


    Any information would be appreciated :)

    Please double check that you don't contact the Gameforge Support with game related issues, contact the Runes of Magic support for your server instead (UK for Vidar, Idun and English speakers on the EU catch up server, US for Aeterna, Phoenix and the US catch up server).
