What exactly was observed?

end npc is located at: x: 51 y: 65I don't see where "Talk to unknown" would come from which could be a broken internal reference in loca texts... can you provide a screenshot?

that's from your addon not the game. it uses static data, much like IP2 for items.
the coords seem correct from the data, but I'll check on the server when I have time.

In the future, to more easily help us with bug reporting, please spell your bug report out according to the guidelines and templates found here so that we can better get a handle on the issue without having to dig around and/or ask questions to find out exactly what's going on.
Feel free to use supplemental links to help convey extra information, but the root of the issue should really be spelled out correctly in the bug report you are making.

A teleport to the NPCID brings me right to a perfectly fine spot on the map of Coast of Opportunity.
Accepted the quest from start npc.
Tried to fulfill the condition :
first try: message "Try to defuse more traps".
second try: message "A cloud of green fog covers your face. You feel a spell of dizziness..."
Screen goes dark, quest condition fulfills and you get teleported right in front of the npc with the quest completion mark above its head.
The NPC is at 50.8 64.6 exactly and its not off the map.
It is not world searchable because it does not exist before you complete the quest condition, upon completing you get teleported right into his face.
If you want an estimate NPC in world search for the location: Ayfeysi. Jayne Shang #2 stands at the fireplace a few steps across the table Ayfeysi is standing at.
But only once you have fulfilled the conditon for the quest.
I don't see a problem with the quest.
NPC at 50.8 64.6 and I'm at 51.0 65.0 , clearly not off the map.

The first attempt failed for me, the counter was still at 0/1, and it produced the first message.
With the second attempt and the second message appearing, see above, screen went dark, and you teleport right to the npc, which also set the counter to 1/1.
If you have the quest active with 1/1 completed the NPC should be at the given position waiting for you to turn it in.

Description: I have finished this quest but cannot find the second version of Jayne Shang anywhere. She does not appear on the map (as far as I can see), is not searchable, and is not at Whispering Wind Cave or Lyonsyde Tribe.

The screenshot is displayed as a thumbnail just below the {{Bug|}}, but that is gone now as the issue has been resolved. It was displaying yesterday.
And yes, I finally figure out how to use attachments here. I will attach it to this post. I had attached it to one of the posts, above, but now it is here, too.
