    Since the maintenance from Feb 12, 2026, shop depot items have turned out to not be visible/accessible for some users.


    The issue manifests itself in various ways:

    • Item depot states "Currently you don't own any depot items" while the amount of possessed items is correctly displayed when hovering over the menu bar icon
    • The following message is shown while trying to access the depot: "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later."
    • Chrome sometimes also adds an "Error - Empty response" (ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE) message before the problem occurs. (In such cases, leaving the browser window open and waiting for 1-2 min. may show the page after all. The zShop addon would have to be installed for this.)
    • Only specific accounts are affected.
    • Outside of the depot, stackable items (e.g. Transport Runes, Megaphone, Universal Stones etc) are also affected.
    • Problem does not depend on used browser or whether or not Pyrr's zShop Addon is used.

    We are aware of the problem and are currently looking into possible solutions. Writing support tickets about this is no longer required at this point since we have gathered more than enough example cases to investigate.


    Since we currently cannot estimate how long it will take before a fix is available, we must ask you for your patience and understanding. We will let you know in this thread as soon as progress has been made.

    While we continue to work on a solution, you can try the following workaround to access your depot items (with a little patience) in the meantime:


    - Open the shop and then the item depot. You will receive the error message mentioned above.

    - Wait approx. 1 min., then click on the item depot again. It should now be displayed.

    - Wait another minute or so, then click on your item.

    - Wait another minute or so before assigning the item.

    - Assign the item. The error message will appear again. After that, however, the item should be available ingame.
