If you are in the zone you will see your target marked. You can then select "Follow" and use the red arrow that shows up by your character. There should also be a white arrow on the edge of the minimap that points toward your target.
You've got to kill Uguda slowly!
At endgame levels, it's all to easy to one-shot Uguda and so Godia doesn't get a chance to spawn in.
If you unequip some gear and switch to a lower-level weapon, you'll do much less damage to Uguda.
Godia will eventually spawn in and join the battle. Once that's done, switch back to your high-end weapon and re-equip the gear to finish the battle.
