Fairytale Festival

Once there was a travelling bard called Aylit. When passing through towns and villages he would tell his friends all kinds of interesting stories which happened on his journeys.

One day, he met Falbala, the beautiful but sad daughter of a nobleman. To make her smile, Aylit would often tell her some made-up stories, and he noticed that bit-by-bit they had an effect on the girl.

Encouraged by Falbala, he began to tell the people all kinds of stories, and they spread and became very popular. The story-lines and their conclusions became topics the people discussed in their leisure time.

The Phirius merchants trade collections of these stories and each year choose a special subject to start a fairy tale event. To enter the city during that time would mean to be in the same fairy tale dreamland together with everyone else.

Class Balance Update

Scout

• Arrow of Essence: Reduced the buff in attack speed from -30% to -20%.
• Ranged Weapon Mastery: Increased the ranged weapon damage from 40% to 70%.

These changes should result in more stable damage output that depends less in landing attacks when short timed buffs are active, and additionally compensate the damage lost due to the fix of "Silent Seal" in previous patches.

Warden

• All pets: Their level now scales appropriately, taking peak levels into account.

This change will help the wardens gameplay by allowing pets to scale with the peak level of the character. This alleviates the problem that pets would miss a lot of attacks against end-game content.

Rogue/Champion

• Electrocution Mechanism: Now scales appropriately.

One of the main elite skills of the class combination wasn’t scaling appropriately, which resulted in dealing too little damage in end-game content, which has been improved now.

Champion

• Rune Overload general skill has been modified to be in line with the champion warrior elite skill.

Champion/Warrior

• Rune Overload has been modified to avoid issues where it would be cancelled even when having full rage.

Champion warrior skill is important for tanking and having it deactivate due to a bug caused a lot of frustration amongst players. This has been improved and fixed.

General changes

• The passive effect of some item-set skills no longer disappear after death. Affected set skills:
  • Scout's "Hunter's Advantage"
  • Scout's "Going it Alone"
  • Knight's "Honorable Fighter"
  • Knight's "Protection of Twilight"
  • Knight's "Heroic Spirit Guard"
  • Champion's "Power Upgrade"
  • Champion's "Unbreakable"
  • Champion's "Increased Drive"
• All Mystic Altar rings now have the anti-fear skill.
• All PVP Gloves now have the anti-stun skill.
• The three newly added Cenedrils now have skills.
