    Several of my toons could use one and only one of the items in the Power up lucky box. Since i can't guarantee that the item I want is the item I will get, I am saving my money and skipping this sale :thumbdown:. Not everyone who plays this game is a gambler at heart.


    Speaking of gambling, that's also why I don't push my gear past +24. The odds of losing a level are almost as high as the odds of gaining. And then there's the refining gems that are duds and don't do anything. GF should try thinking in more practical terms from a player's point of view.

    I firmly believe that the Refining Gems we buy with diamonds should never drop a level.

    Let them fail, and leave the gear alone, but these items cost real money and the resulting item should reflect that.

    Typical gambling rule: You bet some amount of money. If win - get double the bet (some cases can be more or less). If you lose - you lose your bet.


    ROM gambling rule: You bet (buy) some "chance" jewel items from IS. If you have success (win), you got for what you paid. If you lose - you lose your bet (money) twice !!! You lose your bet (money) for the purchase + you lose again becasue item level dropped.


    Or lets say: you have one floor house, then you find contractor and pay him to build 2nd floor. Week later contractor come and say: Sorry, you dont have a house anymore because we didnt manage to build 2nd floor and we destroy first floor. If you want to build 2nd floor, you have to pay us first to build first one again ...
