Can anyone tell me where to collect (what quests to go on) blue set sets 65-100?
Blue armour & gear set items come from the main questlines running through the 65-100 level zones.
Whilst the blue-quality gear comes in "Redhill Mountains" onwards, the quest lines they appear in start in Thunderhoof Hills.
Thunderhoof Hills > Limo Desert

- It's worth noting that if you follow "Envoy of the Dragons" to the end before finishing "Return the Glory", you will get an extra quest. (Ike Mania will only ask you to Seek Help if you complete the Envoy of the Dragons quest line before you complete the Return the Glory quest line.)

- "Acceptance Brings Opportunity" is a very easy to miss quest in this series, so be really careful!

It's always possible to collect one full set of gear, rings, necklace and earrings along with a few weapons.
Sometimes, you can pick up a few pieces of a second set of gear - some quests will offer a choice of all four armour types, and some will offer only two, followed by the other two in a second quest. This is quite useful if your second or this class uses a different armour type.

The third column is, mostly, Good (blue) armor sets.

To simplify this a little- There are two types of quests- Main quest line and "local" In your quest log, some will be listed by the zone they are in. These are the "local" quests. The main quest line quests will be listed by the name of the quest line. They usually only show one quest at a time in that line. These are the ones that yield the blue gear sets.
