    The elite skill Priest/scout Waterstop Curse says:


    "When Frost Halo is in effect, casting Heal has a chance to reset the cooldown time of Curing Shot"


    Is this the Elite bug? Fulfilling all the requirements, it never resets the cooldown of Curing Shot

    Are you casting "Heal", or just a healing skill? It MAY be specific to the specific skill, Heal.

    More likely that the script executed when the Skill is used does not contain the reset trigger.
