addons remove buffs

good evening everyone, does anyone use addons that automatically remove useless buffs? I say this because, as you all know, in the game there is a limit of buffs you can have, and it's easy to reach it when other classes put useless buffs for melee (like magic attack), so I would like to know if there is an addons that deletes them or prevents the buffs. thanks, I'm trying smartbb but I don't know if you can enable this function thanks
